We offer web design and graphic design services as described on our website. Our services are subject to change without notice.

You agree to use our services for lawful purposes only and in a way that does not infringe on the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else’s use and enjoyment of our services.

All materials produced or provided during the execution of our services, including, but not limited to, designs, graphics, texts, and logos, are the intellectual property of TrusiteMedia, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information necessary for the completion of the services. Clients retain ownership of any data, information, or intellectual property provided for the purpose of the project.

The project timeline and delivery will be outlined in the service agreement. We will make every effort to meet project deadlines. However, delays due to client response times or unforeseen circumstances may alter the project timeline.

Details regarding payments, fees, and payment schedules for our services will be outlined in the service agreement. Late payments may result in the suspension of services.

Either party may terminate the service agreement according to the terms specified therein. Upon termination, all outstanding payments for completed work become due.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
